Green oat tea
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over a heaped teaspoon of green oats and let it steep for about 15 minutes, then strain and let cool to room temperature. Drink 2-3 cups of tea in sips throughout the day. For a pleasantly mild taste, you can add 2 tablespoons of whole milk to the finished infusion.
