Ingredients for 2 servings (500 ml)
500 ml Klenk kindergarten tea
1 tbsp agave syrup or honey
100 g pulp of a watermelon or honeydew melon
1/2 nectarine
Ice cubes
Pour 500 ml of boiling water over a heaped teaspoon of Klenk kindergarten tea, let it steep for 10 minutes and then strain. Sweeten the prepared tea as desired with 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and then chill. In the meantime, cut the flesh of the melon and the nectarine into fine cubes. Now divide the fruit cubes between 2 glasses and add ice cubes. Top up with cold tea and serve.
