Incredibly delicious and super healthy!
Ingredients for 1 glass:
300 ml almond milk
1 tsp Klenk Turmeric
1 piece of fresh ginger
1 pinch of Klenk colored pepper
1 pinch of Klenk nutmeg
¼ tsp ground Klenk cinnamon
¼ tsp coconut oil
1 tsp honey
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients, except the honey, in a blender and mix until the mixture turns slightly yellow. If the consistency is not fine enough, strain the blended milk through a fine sieve. Then put the milk in a pot and bring to the boil briefly. Simmer the golden milk on a low heat for 5 minutes. If desired, the turmeric milk can then be frothed with a milk frother and honey added.
