Red garlic marinade

A spicy start to the grilling season!



Ingredients for 400g meat:

4 cloves of garlic

2 large onions

1/4 l red wine

2 tbsp KLENK hot peppers, ground

1 teaspoon rosemary

6 tbsp vegetable oil


Preparation:

Process all ingredients in a blender to form a marinade. Place the meat in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Turn the meat in the marinade every now and then and let it sit in the fridge for about 8 hours.
