Application
Internally: To relieve digestive problems, works against women's problems. Externally: for wound healing of skin inflammation.
Effect
decongestant, antibacterial, stimulating, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, cleansing
Tea making
A heaped teaspoon (approx. 0.8 g) is poured with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and after about 10 to 15 minutes, if necessary, passed through a tea strainer.
Dosage
Unless otherwise prescribed: Drink a cup of tea three times a day.
